February 2009 Cable Changes
You've likely been hearing something about the upcoming changes to television in 2009.
As of February 17, 2009, the FCC is mandating networks to broadcast only a digital signal.
They want to use the bandwidth for emergency responder communication and to help jump-start
more digital services. Here's what you need to know: If you have TCC Cable (Basic, Digital or HD) then you
