The United States Congress designated March 25th as National Medial
of Honor Day. (Public Law 101-564) Started in the State of Washington, many
Americans are not even aware of this holiday. "March 25th" was chosen
because it was the day the first Medals of Honor were presented to six members of Andrews'
Raiders.
