You're asking a very specific question about the AI's behavior, and I'm afraid that no one will be able to answer that one, because we don't preset any response in Defcon. The EHE evaluates the situations and figures out the best thing to do. In that case, It'll adapt to you're style of play, and "learn" by playing against you specifically. So not only we can't say, it will depend on you, but no one but yourself will ever be able to completly understand your specific configuration of the EHE.

We'll be trying to market that as the fun part... :-)
