Defcon Fans-

After becoming swamped with change suggestions I have quickly realized that no one person is capable of doing this important work alone. God knows I don't have all of the answers, and though I try to check up on every suggestion I simply lack the time
to do it all. This forum offers a great opportunity not only for everyone to freely offer their own correction ideas, but also to help us in critiquing each others' work. With everyone working together, I know we can make Defcon as real as a sim can be.

BTW: Realize that the Defcon world starts play in 1997 and all details must conform to this time frame. Before posting about some missing unit double check that it wasn't built in 1999. Also, try to site references for your changes when possible.
