- Portuguese relations to its former colonies (Angola, Mozambique and guinea-bissau) should be warmer than 0. I would say from 10 to 20... And towards Indonesia they should be cool (-20 or so..)
- Brazil has a good relantionship with 90% of the countries, and we have a "Peace" and friendly politic. (Like Iraq, we have good relantionship with them)
To gather information on international relations I would suggest the country studies produced by the U.S. Library of Congress. http://lcweb2.loc.gov/frd/cs/cshome.html There are over 100 countries listed there. Each nation has a section about their foriegn relations with other countries and regions.
