You are quite right. According to sources, the Brazilian airforce operates a number of AMX jet aircraft. 41 A-1s and A-1Bs (training version) and 15 RA-1s, the tactical reconnaissance dedicated version. "The training version is a fully-capable attack aircraft, the only difference being the smaller internal fuel capacity, caused by the installation of a second seat in the cockpit." I'm not sure we would want to include the recon planes, but the others, in my view, should certainly be added.

Italy also has a number of AMX aircraft, but I have not been able to determine how many.
