"4 Dauphin helicopters normally carried, variable mix of helicopters can be carried in war, up to eight Puma sized helicopters." (USNI Military Database) The carrier should probabily be stocked with 8 of France's 24 Puma's.

While looking into this, I found that France's SA565 Dauphin ASW helicopters have no ratings besides a generation rating of one. It is doubtful that this is intentional, so the design needs to be fixed.

> -Clemenceau CV cannot operate Rafale, but it carries 4!

One site listed the following for Clemenceau's aircraft and helocopters:

Aircraft:
15 Super Etendard
4 Etendard IVP
8 F-8P/E (FN) Crusaders
8 BR-1050 Alize ASW
Rafale M

Helicopters:
2 AS-365F Dauphin or AS-565 Panther
2 SA-321G Super-Frelon
It can accommodate 40 helicopters when used as LPH

This initially seemed like too many units to me, but another site put the number of aircraft onboard at 45. This seems to confirm the manifest above and the carrier in the database should be adjusted accordingly.

> -Virraat CV (India) should only have VSTOL capacity (helicopters and Harriers) but in the Database it carries Mig-23 Floggers.

Using sites related to the two mentioned above, I found that the number of aircraft carried by the Virraat is "21 VSTOL" and that the following make up it's manifest:

Helocopters:
6 Westland Sea King Mk42B
Kamov Ka-27 Helix A
3 Westland Sea King Mk42C

Fixed Wing:
42 WWII era
12 BAe Sea Harrier FRS.51

The ship was built in 1944 so the 42 WWII reference is merely a historical note. Thus, the two sources are in agreement that the ship carries 21. The Migs onboard should be replaced by Harriers and the remaining slots filled with Sea King helocopters.

> -Thailand's Chakri Naruebet CV should carry around 8 Harriers instead of 4 F-16's... Chakri is a VSTOL carrier.

Fixed Wing:
9 x AV-8S Matadors (12 can be carried)
[Note that the AV-8S Matador is the Spanish Harrier variant.]

Helicopters:
14 x Sea King or 6 Chinook

"In 1997, Thailand purchased a Spanish-made aircraft carrier [the Chakri Naruebet] with nine used Harrier jets. Only one of the jets is operational because spare parts for older planes are hard to obtain and the Navy can't afford them because of the economic crisis." Even so, Thailand should have 9 Harriers added to it's armed forces and to the carrier's manifest in the database.

The ship itself is, "A reduced version of Principe de Asturias, with various improvments and modernization of features." I suggest a sight advantage be given to the Chakri design over its Spanish cousin to reflect this. Currently they have the same stats: Generation 2, followed by all zeros.

The ship wasn't commissioned until August 10, 1997, but it was delivered to Thailand March 27, 1997 and the agreement for its construction was signed years before. Though these units' presence may post-date the start of the game, I think the carrier and Harriers should still be given to Thailand.
