Another question I have is about fallout- if you have, say, a total nuclear war between two countries, in which 90% of the major cities are destroyed, will the other countries suffer as a result? Will crop production go down? Will this provide the computer with enough motivation not to launch weapons, or to intervene in the affairs of nuclear nations via less armed countries(ie, if US and Russia are about to kill each other, will other nations try to settle the differences, since nuclear war is almost as bad for them?)
