I did not find any heavy (strategic) bombers units in russian or american military data. USA nuclear triade depends largely on air based cruise missiles (B1 - Lancers, B2, B52- Stratofortress). Russia possesess at least 11 Tu-160 Blackjacks which are similiar to the B-1 Lancer, but with better characteristics and 53 Tu-95 Bears.
