Selecting your country

A long while ago, I suggested that the computer might advise you on what country to play, by asking you what degree of economic, military, diplomatic problems you want and giving you a choice of countries w/ the sort of problems yuo want to face. jean-Rene told me at the time it might be a good idea.. I know he always has a lot on his mind, and wopuld like to know if the option will be available...
