O.K., we have chosen a country based on several factors we have chosen. We will likely have a realistic pre-set of assets and hardware (Economic worth, number and type of units, etc.)to work with. Will they be modifiable during the game? For example, Is it possible to take a weak country like Guatamala or Camaroon, and modify its assets to strengthen it to a miniature superpower? (Israel is one of those countries that have managed to sucessfully do it)
