"I have a BA in Psychology to satisfy that soul searching time in the '70's. I also have a BS in education for that responsibility laden time in the 80's. All the while I was taking art classes in a variety of mediums and techniques. I opened my studio in 1985 creating stained glass, fused glass and mixed media pieces. All of my pieces are original designs and one of a kind. The subject matter of my stained glass pieces varies greatly depending upon the likes of the individuals- aliens, victorian, modern, wildlife, florals or abstracts. I have worked with pastels for the past 15 years and enjoy the deep, rich colors and the depth and luminosity I can achieve with them. Besides that, it's just plain fun to work in a medium with colors so vibrant and flexible. The subjects of my paintings are primarily landscapes and still lifes.
